We do this by analyzing crucial data in your management system. We have discovered that most agencies are not performing to industry standards. This is costing the agent time and money. Small changes can spell out increased growth and profit.

    Jennifer Divine
    Managing Partner

    Jennifer is a managing and founding partner of Agency Insurance Training & Acquisition Specialists. She has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry as an experienced Agency Owner, Carrier Underwriter, MGA Marketing Director and Agency Development Manager.

    Jennifer has helped hundreds of agencies in Texas with strong growth and development while working for one of the largest independent insurance agencies in the U.S. She consistently had a 25% increase in the level of growth for her territory each year.

    Jennifer remains dedicated to helping agents grow their business to the next level by implementing marketing strategies, managing your team through performance metrics and maximizing the value of your agency.

    Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s of Applied Arts and Sciences from San Diego State University and her LUTCF designation. She currently lives in Midland, TX.

    Judy Rush
    Managing Partner

    Judy is a managing and founding partner of Agency Insurance Training & Acquisition Specialists. She has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, and her career successes include, Sales Leadership, Agency Training and Development, Strategic Marketing, Business Coaching, and Administrative Management. During her extensive insurance career, she also worked on the Carrier side, MGA/Surplus side, and Retail side.

    For the last 14-plus years, she was National Director of Sales with one of the largest independent insurance agencies in the U.S. and managed their exclusive retail model. Judy was responsible for strong growth, and business development with over 400 agents in 21 States. Additionally, she supported the growth and development of an Inside Sales Team, an Outside Sales Team, and a Training Department.

    Judy’s commitment is to help agents grow their businesses to the next level. As a Managing Partner with Agency Insurance Training and Acquisition Specialists, she has the expertise and skills to help you reach your goals and to assist with your perpetuation planning.

    Judy attended the University of Houston and currently lives in The Woodlands.
