I met Judy Rush and Jennifer Divine early in my insurance career about 16 years ago.  I had only had life and health insurance experience and decided that property and casualty was the direction I wanted to pursue in the insurance industry.  

Taking this direction, I had no idea where to start, but Judy and Jennifer did and with their experience and mentorship my new endeavor was successful.  

Then 911 and during the next ten years I was deployed overseas 3 times.   I was able to maintain 90% of my business during each deployment.  Also during those 10 years not only did my business grow organically, but through 2 acquisitions.  Just as before Judy and Jennifer were there, guiding me through the steps.

I have just recently retired, but that couldn't have happened without the guidance of Judy and Jennifer.  If you are looking to grow your agency to your retirement, and you need guidance, you have found the perfect organization just to do that.
